How to add sound to your swimming pool?
Mounting a speaker is identical to that of a classic waterproof light projector. The Astral embedding kit is suitable for traditional concrete-tiled swimming pools as well as for Liner coverings, polyester monocoques or steel, aluminum or other structures. The collar is fixed by 2 stainless steel screws on the front, and can only be removed with a tool (in order to avoid acts of vandalism).
The Aquamusique speaker comes with approximately 3 meters of cable (2×1,5 mm2H07RNF). Provide a dry junction box nearby, to connect the loudspeaker to the amplifier via a conventional flexible electrical cable 2×1,5mm2 minimum (Do not use rigid or semi-rigid cables).
A safety transformer must be inserted at the speaker output of the Hi-Fi system or at the sound bay for low impedance installations.
If the total length of cabling between the amplifier and the loudspeaker exceeds 100 meters, the installation must be done in “100 volt line” with impedance transformers.
