Shipping your package
Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after payment is received. They are shipped via Colissimo to your home address of your choice, with a tracking number. We send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, as are the shipping costs.

We recommend consolidating all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the costs of transporting our goods to the delivery address specified by the customer are the responsibility of the customer.
The products travel at the customer’s own risk. We are at no time responsible for any faults attributable to the carrier. The delivery times indicated can at no time be considered fatal deadlines unless it has been explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. In the event of delay in delivery, we must therefore be notified in writing.
Return policy
The typology of our products does not allow us to compromise on the hygiene and safety of our customers. Most items come with a warranty seal, we will not take back any item where the seal is removed. The item must therefore not be opened, its packaging must be intact. The same goes for lingerie, this should not be worn.
Returns conditions
Each return request must be made to our Customer Service (After-Sales Service) and must be made within 8 days of receipt of the order. In the event that the complaint however concerns hidden defects which could only be noticed during use by the consumer, it must be filed in writing within eight days following the buyer’s warning or within a reasonable period of time during which the buyer should have noticed it.
To do this, send an email to info@aquamusic.us with your order number. Returns of goods will only be accepted after prior consultation, these shipments must always be sealed with a return notice, indicating the date and invoice number of the goods invoiced. Returns of goods not notified will be refused. Returned goods must be returned to us carriage paid within 8 days. Please note, a package returned without a return slip will not be accepted. Also remember to keep your proof of deposit.
Except for the possibilities of claims mentioned above, we are at no time liable for any other damage caused to persons, goods or company of the buyer and/or third parties, whether direct or indirect.
We are at no time responsible for the consequences of improper use of our goods, nor for the consequences of use different from and/or in contradiction with our recommendations/instructions.
These recommendations / instructions do not at any time relieve buyers of their obligation to check our products for their validity for the intended use. In all cases, the burden of proof lies with the buyer. He must prove that the goods we delivered to him were used according to the instructions we provided him.
